Licencia de uso del Software (EULA)

Este Acuerdo de Licencia de Usuario Final (la «Licencia») regula el uso del programa Cookie Cutter Architect (el «Software»), cuyo titular es TridiMencionando (Montevideo, Uruguay), en adelante «nosotros». Al instalar o usar el Software, aceptás esta Licencia. Si no estás de acuerdo, no lo instales ni lo uses.

1. Concesión de licencia

Te concedemos una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para instalar y usar el Software en 1 (una) computadora mientras mantengas una suscripción activa. La licencia es de uso: el Software no se vende, se licencia.

2. Suscripción y activación

  • La activación y la vigencia de la licencia se validan en línea a través del servicio de licencias de Lemon Squeezy.
  • Mientras tu suscripción esté activa, podés usar todas las funciones, incluida la exportación de archivos.
  • Si la suscripción vence, se cancela o no puede verificarse por un período prolongado, el Software puede limitar funciones (por ejemplo, deshabilitar la exportación), conservando la posibilidad de abrir y previsualizar tus proyectos.
  • Podés liberar la activación de una computadora para activar el Software en otra.

3. Lo que podés hacer

  • Usar el Software para diseñar y producir cortantes, sellos y piezas, incluso con fines comerciales.
  • Vender las galletas, los cortantes y los productos físicos que fabriques con él.

4. Lo que no podés hacer

  • Copiar, distribuir, publicar, revender, sublicenciar, alquilar o prestar el Software.
  • Descompilar, desensamblar, realizar ingeniería inversa o intentar obtener el código fuente.
  • Modificar, traducir o crear obras derivadas del Software.
  • Eludir, quitar o inutilizar los mecanismos de licencia, verificación o protección.
  • Compartir, publicar o revender tu clave de licencia.

5. Propiedad

El Software es una obra protegida. Nos reservamos todos los derechos, títulos e intereses sobre el Software, su código y su documentación. Esta Licencia no te transfiere la propiedad de ninguna parte del Software. La copia o la ingeniería inversa no autorizadas constituyen una infracción a los derechos de propiedad intelectual.

6. Actualizaciones

Podemos publicar actualizaciones y mejoras. Esta Licencia también se aplica a dichas actualizaciones, salvo que se acompañen de condiciones distintas.

7. Terminación

Esta Licencia finaliza automáticamente si incumplís cualquiera de sus condiciones. Al finalizar, debés dejar de usar el Software y desinstalarlo. También finaliza si tu suscripción deja de estar activa.

8. Sin garantía y limitación de responsabilidad

El Software se entrega «tal cual», sin garantías de ningún tipo. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no respondemos por daños directos ni indirectos derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso del Software, ni por los resultados de impresión.

9. Ley aplicable

Esta Licencia se rige por las leyes de la República Oriental del Uruguay.

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (the “License”) governs the use of the Cookie Cutter Architect software (the “Software”), owned by TridiMencionando (Montevideo, Uruguay), referred to below as “we” or “us”. By installing or using the Software, you accept this License. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.

1. License grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on 1 (one) computer while you maintain an active subscription. This is a license of use: the Software is licensed, not sold.

2. Subscription and activation

  • Activation and license validity are verified online through Lemon Squeezy’s licensing service.
  • While your subscription is active, you may use all features, including file export.
  • If the subscription expires, is cancelled or cannot be verified for an extended period, the Software may limit features (for example, disabling export) while still letting you open and preview your projects.
  • You may release the activation from one computer to activate the Software on another.

3. What you may do

  • Use the Software to design and produce cutters, stamps and parts, including for commercial purposes.
  • Sell the cookies, cutters and physical products you make with it.

4. What you may not do

  • Copy, distribute, publish, resell, sublicense, rent or lend the Software.
  • Decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer or attempt to obtain the source code.
  • Modify, translate or create derivative works of the Software.
  • Circumvent, remove or disable the licensing, verification or protection mechanisms.
  • Share, publish or resell your license key.

5. Ownership

The Software is a protected work. We reserve all rights, title and interest in the Software, its code and documentation. This License transfers no ownership of any part of the Software to you. Unauthorized copying or reverse engineering is an infringement of intellectual-property rights.

6. Updates

We may release updates and improvements. This License also applies to such updates unless they come with different terms.

7. Termination

This License terminates automatically if you breach any of its conditions. Upon termination you must stop using the Software and uninstall it. It also ends if your subscription is no longer active.

8. No warranty and limitation of liability

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Software, or for printing results.

9. Governing law

This License is governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay.
